If I had to pick one of the most important reasons I love traveling and wandering the Earth so much I can easily tell that it is for the stories.
Others’ stories, my outer and inner stories, ancient stories and new ones unfolding.
I’m a mythology and legends lover.
Since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated so deeply by myths about gods, heroes and mythological creatures’ adventures through lands and oceans at the conquest of artifacts or legendary hidden sites.
History (with the capital H) in general has charmed me a long time ago.
Growing up, alongside school’s studies, I’ve dreamed of being a Palaeontologist at first, then a Egyptologist once I encountered this fascinating culture; until I just resolved my contended love for all this different eras by settling on being a Archaeologist.
My story went on quite different roads in the end, but my desire to learn about other cultures and taking off to great adventures persisted, making me travel through space more than through time, yet keeping intact a desire to hear stories of the old and opinions over the new.
Here’s my storybook, which I’d love if it could spark someone else’s interest in taking off to great adventures, having a laugh at my expense (mostly, everyone’s stories are quite hilarious once you are able to get through them) and maybe inspire a desire to know more about peoples and lands, playing at the thin line between History and Legend.
